1. The Music Room shall be used strictly for karaoke and musical activities only. Any other form of usage would require the Management’s prior approval..

2. The Music Room is equipped with a plasma TV, drum set, speakers, microphones, audio equipment and amplifier for the sound system..

3. Reservations are required to be made in advance through the Concierge in charge of the booking system for the use of this facility. A security deposit and charge may be imposed upon booking depending on the status of the user and purpose of the usage.

4. Users are responsible to protect the instruments and equipment from damage through negligent usage. If damage or loss occurs, the cost of repairs or replacement of such items may be deducted from the deposit paid or             charged directly to the service charge account of the user who made the     booking.

5. Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited in the Music Room.

6. All lights and air conditioning are to be switched off after use.

7. Users are reminded to lock and return the door key back to the Concierge after usage.

The multi-function/music room can be used for activities related to a musical nature such as karaoke or practice of musical instruments. It is a sound proofed room equipped with a number of band musical instruments and amplifying equipment for the use of residents through a booking system controlled by the Concierge. A charge may be imposed for the use of the cordless microphones, audio equipment and musical instruments in accordance to the policies that will be determined by the Condominium Manager in consultation with the management and/or Interim Purchasers’ Committee.

Residents should ensure that the air-conditioning and lights are switched off after use to conserve energy. This is a non smoking and non eating area.
