The community lounge will be furnished with lounge furniture, wall decorations and a television whereas the reading room will be furnished with reading chairs, shelves and racks for the display of daily newspapers subscribed by the Condominium Manager as well as books and magazines donated by residents. A committee member from the Interim Residents’ Committee/Residents’ Association may be solicited to organize and oversee the proper usage of both these facilities with the day to day assistance of the concierge or other staff from the Condominium Manager.
