The car wash bash has been designed to accommodate 2 vehicles at any one time. It is equipped with 2 water tap points, 2 electric power points for the use of electric polishers and portable vacuum cleaners, rubbish bin and railings to hang floor mats out for drying. No wet car washing is allowed at any other part of the premises or car park building except in this car wash area which can be used anytime from 7 am to 11pm each day or at any other operation time to be determined by the Condominium Manager.

For a more orderly usage of this facility, residents are encouraged to use the in-house car wash services to be provided by the management subject to viable demand for contracting out such services under the general supervision of the concierge.
